I have been for Senator Brownback www.brownback.com from day one. I think tomorrow will be the breakout day where he comes in a strong second in the Ames straw poll. I can't be there. I'll be with State Senator Chris Lauzen www.lauzen.com at his Porky Picnic. Look for Lauzen to succeed Dennis Hastert in Congress when the former Speaker retires.

Aurora Abortion Clinic

It was great seeing Joe and Ann Scheidler of Pro-Life Action League on the Family-PAC boat cruise Thursday night. Few in America have done more to save innocent lives than the Scheidler family. They are working hard to defeat the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic on the far east side of Aurora that is due to open September 18. I plan to join the prayer vigil there soon and to work to keep the abortion mill from opening.
